The ACC meets first and third Tuesdays at 3:00 pm at the Sales Office. If you need to discuss a particular project with the ACC in person, please call the POA Office and request an appointment with the ACC (936-646-3232).
All applications must be submitted to the POA Office by 4:00 pm on the Saturday prior to the ACC meeting, if you want them to be reviewed at the ACC meeting Tuesday. Applications received by any means after the 4:00 cut off time on the Saturday before a meeting will be held until the next meeting, which is approx. 2 weeks later.
Applications may be dropped off at the POA office, scanned and attached to an email and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org or, faxed to the POA office at 936-646-2322. The cut off time still applies.
